It’s time to bring in that luck again this year! Even though I haven’t had a huge heritage/history with the good ol’ Irish, my relatives would always tell me about their traditions of having corn beef and cabbage on St. Patty’s Day. For those with more of a sweet tooth (and less cabbage), here are some fun dessert recipes to try from some blogs/sites around the web:

1)   Mint Filled Chocolate Thumbprints (Betty Crocker)

2)   Lucky Leprechaun Cookie Bark (Your Home Based Mom)

3)   Candy Pots of Gold (Domestic Rebel)

And if these daunt you, you can certainly simplify the recipes any way you like or contact these great dessert creators for advice!   Happy St. Patty’s Day!
